Organizational Assessment

The Coach will meet with each group/team member one-on-one to understand key strengths, developmental opportunities, and goals/objectives for each individual’s role.

Initial Debrief and Co-creating Plans for Sessions

Following the organizational assessment, a debrief will take place for the group to understand each member’s working styles, including how each member thrives and handles conflict, and to align on coaching topics.

Final Debrief and Sustainability Plan

A final session with the group/team to celebrate successes and identify a sustainability plan and focus areas to continue working on when the engagement ends.

Client Testimonials

“We’ve integrated coaching as a part of our rhythm of talent development. Working with Reverb, we’ve been able to align our talent and their unique development areas with coaches who are experienced at coaching through these specialized areas. Coaching is intensely personal, in spite of being in a professional setting, so the process Reverb has of matching the right coach and client has been invaluable to setting the relationship up for success.”
Vice President, Human Resources, Wizards of the Coast
“My coach helped by: (1) providing some additional resources that are relevant, (2) giving examples of things I can try, and (3) she helped me come up with some of my own very specific exercises that I can do in my day-to-day life to address the issues I am having to work towards my goals.”
Anonymous, Fortune 500 tech company
“This was hands down one of the best career-related conversations I've ever had, and really wish I could have had this experience earlier in my career. I really can't recommend this enough. Thanks so much to the people who made this happen and my coach for her invaluable time.”
