What It’s Like to Work at Reverb

Welcome to Working at Reverb

At Reverb, we believe that work should fit into your life—not the other way around. As a Seattle-based consulting company specializing in people operations and people development, we help businesses grow while building healthy, inclusive cultures. We apply the same philosophy to our own workplace, ensuring all team members have fulfilling careers without sacrificing personal time, family commitments, or overall wellbeing.

Flexibility & Balance

Reverb is designed to provide flexible, well-compensated roles that allow our employees and consultants to balance work and life seamlessly. Whether you’re a full-time staff member or a consultant, we make it possible to excel in your career while enjoying the freedom to spend time with family, travel, or pursue whatever personal interests you desire.

  • Unlimited PTO & Remote Work: Our staff members have unlimited paid time off (PTO) and the flexibility to work from anywhere. Whether that means working remotely, traveling to visit family, or taking time to recharge, we encourage our team to take full advantage of this benefit.
  • Customizable Work Schedules for Consultants: Our consultants can work full-time, part-time,and toggle between the two. Take a month off between engagements or the summer off with family. This flexibility allows our consultants to prioritize their personal lives while still doing interesting, challenging work.

A Supportive Environment for Women

At Reverb, we’re proud that approximately 80% of our team—including both staff and consultants—identfify as women or nonbinary. We create an environment where everyone can thrive professionally while maintaining the freedom to fully engage in their personal lives.

  • Competitive Compensation & Pay Equity: We conduct annual pay equity analyses to ensure fair compensation, benchmarking salaries to industry standards. This commitment ensures that everyone at Reverb is paid equitably for their expertise and contributions.
  • Family-Friendly Policies: We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a 9-to-5 schedule. Our policies support working parents and caregivers with paid parental leave for both parents, flexible bereavement leave (tailored to the relationship and duration needed), and accommodations for life transitions such as bereavement or menopause.

Meaningful Support in Life’s Toughest Moments

We recognize that navigating difficult life situations often falls disproportionately on women. To ease this burden, we partner with a third-party organization that provides professional support in cases of urgent life situations—such as the diagnosis or passing of a loved one. This service helps team members manage complex logistics and emotional challenges, reducing stress and allowing them to focus on what truly matters.
