Founded in 2015, Reverb is a Seattle-based consulting company focused on people operations and people development. We provide flexible, people-centric consulting to help companies grow quickly while building healthy, inclusive cultures that engage and inspire employees.

Meet The Owners

Mikaela Kiner & Sarah Wilkins

Reverb is 100% woman owned. In 2015, Mikaela started the company with the goal of doing what leaders need, when they need it. After working in Fortune 100 organizations, she wanted to see what it would be like to bring the best of HR to growing companies, without the bureaucracy. Mikaela brings her passion and support of women in the workplace to the table and is the author of Female Firebrands.

In 2017, Sarah and Mikaela met through a mutual friend. It was immediately obvious how well Sarah’s consulting background complemented Mikaela’s HR experience. Mikaela  remembers saying “I think we’re going to need someone just like you six months from now.” About six months later Sarah joined as Reverb’s first HR Practice Lead. Today, she’s the company Cofounder & COO as well as a co-owner.
