Mikaela Kiner founded Reverb after more than fifteen years in corporate HR. Over time, she found it increasingly hard to raise two young children while balancing the demands of long hours that often bled into evenings and weekends. She was also motivated to do human resources work in a meaningful way with less bureaucracy.
Even before the pandemic, Reverb’s focus on hybrid work and flexible schedules attracted parents and others who wanted to grow their careers while prioritizing time for self and family.
