Client Testimonials

“My coaching sessions were extremely effective. While my goals stayed the same and we did make progress towards them, through the coaching conversations I realized my blockers were not a lack of knowledge but a gap in confidence to express myself the way I intend to. Deep stuff! My coach helped me uncover the essence of me and we worked towards using that essence to turn into leadership "super powers" to effectively get my message out to its target audience.”
Mara Gibson, MongoDB
“I worked with my executive coach over a span of 6 months. The biggest impact was her role in disrupting my current thinking, and helping me define and build my own brand as a leader. We set goals that aligned with those values, experimented with changes on the job and set up a system of self-evaluation that would allow me to continue on this path independently through my journey as a leader. This has led to transformational changes including increased delegation, better communication, more visibility and most importantly, standing up for what is right.”
Manager at Illumio
“I cannot say how much this coaching experience has positively affected my leadership skills and the impact on our team. My coach used tools such as delegation tactics, a survey of my staff on their thoughts on work load and teamwork, and she also sent me many articles that were relevant. I also appreciated that she was willing to meet with my manager to understand his point of view, and also with my team. She was an unbiased observer which is very helpful. Reverb is an outstanding organization and the coach that I matched with was thoughtful, unbiased, and really helped me to see my blind spots and evolve as a leader. Thank you!!”
