A: Our management training workshops last anywhere from 90 minutes to a full day. We’ve found that it’s best to limit virtual workshops to no more than 2.5 hours per day to ensure we maintain an engaging learning environment.

A: We are prepared to deliver in-person, hybrid, or virtual management training workshops depending on your needs and preferences. If we’re helping with a series of workshops, you might decide to host some virtually and others in person. We can help you determine which approach makes the most sense for your group.

A: Yes! Our facilitators have delivered management training sessions and team offsites throughout the US and in Europe. We can travel to you, or host virtual sessions. Reach out to us so we can discuss your specific needs in more detail.

A: A management training series is often the most effective way for people to learn new skills. This gives managers the time and space to practically apply skills in between sessions. We frequently meet with groups on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on their training needs.

A: Our Reverb facilitators always meet you first, to learn  about your company, culture, and values then ask you to review the final content. We never deliver content you haven’t seen first.

A: We work with companies of all sizes, from small, early stage startups with only one or two managers , to larger companies seeking comprehensive and scalable management training programs.

A: Based on feedback from over 600 participants in 2023, 95% of participants say that Reverb management training workshops are highly effective at providing practical tools and skills that make them more effective at work. We also know based on research from the Center for Creative Leadership that leadership development leads to sustained success, including improved financial performance, attracting and retaining talent, driving strategy execution, and increasing abilities to navigate change.

Using our People Operations, Coaching, and Leadership Development expertise, Reverb helped Chateau find multiple ways to increase HR efficiency and  build a succession plan.
