If you’re in a rush to hire, we recommend scheduling your first call with a Reverb consultant ASAP. Even if you haven’t filled out all of the templates, we recommend you do the following before making your first hire:
- Start with the Hiring Decision Template
- Complete your job description
- Write down who will interview the candidate and what questions they will ask. Share the Interview Guide with all interviewers and ask them to take notes.
- Remember to schedule a debrief meeting before deciding whether to make an offer.
